The existence of this Privacy Policy is a real commitment from PT Yamaha Motor R&D Indonesia ("PT YMRID") to respect and protect every personal data or information of applicants on the site www.ymrid.co.id/career (hereinafter referred to as "Site").

This Privacy Policy (along with the application terms in PT YMRID website as stated in the "Terms & Conditions" and other information listed on the Site) sets the basis for the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, appearance, opening and / or any form of management relating to data or information that Applicants provide to PT YMRID or that PT YMRID collects from Applicants, including Applicants personal data, whether when the Applicant registers on the Site, accesses the Site, or uses services on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "data ").

By accessing the Site, each applicants stated that all their personal data and information is true and valid, and applicants give approval to PT YMRID to obtain, collect, save, manage, transfer, disclose, and use the data as stated in the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of PT YMRID.

When Applicants register at PT YMRID, Applicants will be ask to provide certain personal data and information about the Applicant.

Any personal data and information carried out in the registration process marked as "Mandatory Filled in", the Applicant must willing to provide the personal data and information so that it can be further processed by PT YMRID, PT YMRID collects Applicant information be filed in PT YMRID database when the Applicant approves this "Privacy Policy".

PT YMRID will collect your Personal Data including but not limited to Passport Photo, Full Name, Gender, Date and Place of Birth, Address, Mother's Name, Religion, Marital Status, Nationality, Telephone Number, KTP Number, Email Address, and Education and Work Experience.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, not misleading, complete, up-to-date and, accountable manner personal data and information with the intention of increasing career of applicants in the future.


2. Resume Information for Applicants

PT YMRID will place applicants resume in PT YMRID database (using the format and maximum file according to already determined).

    • Registration of Your profile and resume will be visible and downloaded by PT YMRID.

  • Limited

    • PT YMRID can save viewing resumes, applicants profiles, and PT YMRID can contact applicants via telephone number, and registered email address.


3. Applicant Visit Information

When Applicants visit the PT YMRID website, the web server will automatically collect information about the applicant's visit to the PT YMRID website, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address, time, date and duration of the applicant's visit. IP Address Applicants are unique identifiers for computers or other access devices including the following:

  • Cookies and similar technologies

    • PT YMRID can track applicants visits to the PT YMRID website by placing "cookies" on computers or other access devices. Cookies allow PT YMRID to save preferences for applicants so that applicants do not need to re-enter preferences at the next visit. Cookies also help PT YMRID collect user behavior data to track user trends and patterns. PT YMRID can use this data to help send job vacancies according to what job seekers need.

  • Location Information for Applicants

    • PT YMRID uses technology to specify the location of applicants.


4. OBJECTIVES OF COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION

The purpose of PT YMRID to process applicants' personal data and information is as follows:

  • To verify the identity of the Applicant.
  • To provide and adjust the job search services of interest.
  • To organize and manage PT YMRID services provided for Applicants.
  • To be able to contact Applicants regarding PT YMRID services.
  • To improve career opportunities for Applicants with existing placements.

II. PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION RETENTION

PT YMRID will keep the applicant's personal data and information for the period required to fulfill the objectives set out in point I.

PT YMRID is committed to keep applicant personal data and information. PT YMRID has appropriate technical, organizational, administrative and physical procedures to protect personal data and information from loss, theft, leakage and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure

IV. CHANGE OF PRIVACY POLICY

PT YMRID's Privacy Policy can be changed or updated at any time. PT YMRID has the right to change, add, delete or revise the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. PT YMRID recommends that Applicants read carefully and check this Privacy Policy page to find out about any changes. By continuing to access and use services, Applicants are considered to approve changes in the Privacy Policy.

V. APPROVAL OF APPLICANTS

In using and accessing career services, Applicants agree that PT YMRID can use the personal data and information of Applicants, and Applicants agree that references to School / College / University / Institution Applicants where Applicants can be contacted by PT YMRID.

You may complete, update, correct inaccuracies your Personal Data and Information, withdraw processing consent and request us to stop processing and/or disclosing your Personal Data and Information for any or all the purposes listed above by contacting the contact provided below.

Kebijakan Privasi

Adanya Kebijakan Privasi ini adalah komitmen nyata dari PT Yamaha Motor R&D Indonesia (“PT YMRID”) untuk menghargai dan melindungi setiap data pribadi atau informasi pribadi Pelamar situs www.ymrid.co.id/career (selanjutnya disebut sebagai "Situs").

Kebijakan Privasi ini (beserta syarat-syarat Pelamaran yang dikirimkan kepada dalam situs PT YMRID sebagaimana tercantum dalam "Syarat & Ketentuan" dan informasi lain yang tercantum di Situs) menetapkan dasar atas perolehan, pengumpulan, pengolahan, penganalisisan, penampilan, pembukaan, dan/atau segala bentuk pengelolaan yang terkait dengan data atau informasi yang Pelamar berikan kepada PT YMRID atau yang PT YMRID kumpulkan dari Pelamar, termasuk data pribadi Pelamar, baik pada saat Pelamar melakukan pendaftaran di Situs, mengakses Situs, maupun mempergunakan layanan-layanan pada Situs (selanjutnya disebut sebagai "data").

Dengan mengakses Situs, Pelamar menyatakan bahwa setiap data pribadi dan informasi Pelamar adalah benar dan sah, serta Pelamar memberikan persetujuan kepada PT YMRID untuk memperoleh, mengumpulkan, menyimpan, mengelola, membagikan, mengungkapkan, dan mempergunakan data tersebut sebagaimana tercantum dalam Kebijakan Privasi maupun Syarat dan Ketentuan PT YMRID.

I. PENGUMPULAN DATA PRIBADI DAN INFORMASI DAN TUJUAN MENGUMPULKAN DATA PELAMAR

1. Data pribadi dan Informasi yang Pelamar berikan

Ketika Pelamar mendaftar di PT YMRID, Pelamar akan diminta untuk memberikan data pribadi dan informasi tertentu tentang diri Pelamar.

Setiap data pribadi dan informasi yang dilakukan di proses pendaftaran dengan ditandai sebagai “Wajib Diisi”, Pelamar harus bersedia untuk menyediakan data pribadi dan informasi nya supaya dapat diproses lebih lanjut oleh PT YMRID, PT YMRID mengumpulkan informasi Pelamar untuk disimpan dalam database PT YMRID ketika Pelamar menyetujui “Kebijakan Privasi” ini.

PT YMRID akan mengumpulkan Data Pribadi Anda termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada Pas Foto, Nama Lengkap, Jenis Kelamin, Tanggal dan Tempat Lahir, Alamat, Nama Ibu Kandung, Agama, Status Pernikahan, Kebangsaan, Nomor Telepon, Nomor KTP, Alamat Surel, dan Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja.

Pelamar bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan data pribadi dan informasi yang akurat, tidak menyesatkan, lengkap, mutakhir, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan tujuan peningkatan karir Pelamar di masa depan.


2. Informasi Resume Pelamar

PT YMRID akan menempatkan resume Pelamar dalam database PT YMRID (dengan menggunakan format dan maksimum file sesuai dengan yang sudah ditentukan).

  • Terbuka

    • Registrasi Profil dan resume Anda akan dapat terlihat dan di-unduh oleh PT YMRID.

  • Terbatas

    • PT YMRID dapat menyimpan melihat resume, profil Pelamar, dan PT YMRID dapat menghubungi Pelamar melalui no telepon, dan alamat email yang terdaftar.


3. Informasi Kunjungan Pelamar

Ketika Pelamar mengunjungi situs PT YMRID, server web akan secara otomatis mengumpulkan informasi tentang kunjungan Pelamar ke situs PT YMRID, termasuk Internet Protocol (IP) alamat, waktu, tanggal dan durasi kunjungan Pelamar. Alamat IP Pelamar adalah pengenal unik untuk komputer atau perangkat akses lainnya antara lain sebagai berikut :

  • Cookies dan teknologi serupa

    • PT YMRID dapat melacak kunjungan Pelamar ke situs PT YMRID dengan menempatkan “cookie” di computer atau perangkat akses lain. Cookie memungkinkan PT YMRID untuk menyimpan preferensi untuk Pelamar sehingga Pelamar tidak perlu memasukkan kembali preferensi pada saat kunjungan selanjutnya. Cookie juga membantu PT YMRID mengumpulkan data tingkah laku pengguna untuk melacak tren pengguna dan pola. PT YMRID dapat menggunakan data ini untuk membantu pengiriman lowongan kerja sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan pencari kerja.

  • Informasi Lokasi Pelamar

    • PT YMRID menggunakan teknologi untuk menentukan lokasi Pelamar.


4. TUJUAN PENGUMPULAN DAN PENGGUNAAN DATA PRIBADI DAN INFORMASI

Tujuan PT YMRID memproses data pribadi dan informasi pribadi Pelamar adalah sebagai berikut:

  • Untuk memverifikasi identitas Pelamar.
  • Untuk menyediakan dan menyesuaikan layanan pencari kerja yang diminati.
  • Untuk mengatur dan mengelola layanan PT YMRID yang disediakan untuk Pelamar.
  • Untuk dapat menghubungi Pelamar sehubungan layanan PT YMRID.
  • Untuk meningkatkan peluang karir Pelamar dengan penempatan yang ada.

II. RETENSI DATA PRIBADI DAN INFORMASI

PT YMRID akan memproses dan menyimpan data pribadi dan informasi pribadi Pelamar selama periode yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi tujuan yang ditetapkan dalam poin I.

III. KEAMANAN DATA PRIBADI DAN INFORMASI

PT YMRID berkomitmen untuk menjaga data pribadi dan informasi Pelamar. PT YMRID memiliki prosedur teknis, organisasional, administratif dan fisik yang sesuai untuk melindungi data pribadi dan informasi dari kerugian, pencurian, kebocoran, dan penyalahgunaan, serta terhadap akses yang tidak sah dan pengungkapan yang tidak sah

IV. PERUBAHAN KEBIJAKAN PRIVASI

Kebijakan Privasi PT YMRID dapat sewaktu-waktu dapat dirubah atau di perbaharui. PT YMRID berhak untuk merubah, menambah, menghapus atau merevisi Kebijakan Privasi serta Syarat dan Ketentuan setiap saat tanpa pemberitahuan. PT YMRID menyarankan agar Pelamar membaca secara seksama dan memeriksa halaman Kebijakan Privasi ini untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan apapun. Dengan tetap mengakses dan menggunakan layanan, maka Pelamar dianggap menyetujui perubahan-perubahan dalam Kebijakan Privasi.

V. PERSETUJUAN PELAMAR

Dalam menggunakan dan mengakses layanan karir, Pelamar setuju bahwa PT YMRID dapat menggunakan data pribadi dan informasi Pelamar, dan Pelamar setuju bahwa referensi Pelamar sekolah / Perguruan Tinggi / Universitas / Lembaga dimana Pelamar cantumkan dapat dihubungi oleh PT YMRID.

Anda dapat melengkapi, memperbarui, memperbaiki ketidakakuratan Data Pribadi dan Informasi Anda, menarik persetujuan pemrosesan dan meminta Kami untuk berhenti melakukan pemrosesan dan/atau mengungkapkan Data Pribadi dan Informasi Anda untuk setiap atau semua tujuan yang tercantum di atas dengan menghubungi kontak yang disediakan di bawah ini.
